I recently stayed at the Big Horn Motel in Buffalo, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received. The accommodations were comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. On a Sunday, I found myself with an unfortunate flat tire, which could have easily ruined my day. However, the lady at the front desk was not only extremely friendly but went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She assisted in locating someone who could fix the tire, even on a day when most places were closed. Her dedication to ensuring that I was taken care of made all the difference. This kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. If you're looking for a place to stay in Buffalo with a personal touch and staff who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend the Big Horn Motel. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

When booking these old fashioned motels we always wonder if they will be run down or the kept up to standard. P;leased to say that this lovely little motel is the latter. The room was clean and comfortable and the lady on the desk couldn't have been sweeter. She suggested that we go to see a local jam session band at the Occidental Saloon just a few minutes walk away, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The food was great there too. No breakfast at the motel but we swung into a McDonald's just down the road on the way out the next morning. Good value.

We moved our reservation from Gillette to Buffalo simply due to the pictures on the booking site. It looked clean, old school charm, great location. And it was all of that and more. Trudy has built up a very cozy, clean facility with love and lots of care. It shows in the cleanliness and colors of the exterior. The room was small but very comfortable. Great value. Will be back the next time we are traveling through the area.

Harkened back to days of travel and stopping in a small motel. Rooms were small, so folks sat outside and chatted, which was a nice change from the sterility of the chains. The place was cool and clean, with room darkening drapes. The orange molasses cookies and Twelfth Night scones were great. Trudi was a delight to talk with.

Susan

The room was really cute. It was very small but perfect for one person. It’s very clean and extremely comfortable. I love the mini split because it was not noisy and kept the room very cool. Trudy was a doll. I love talking to her and she makes excellent coffee.
